Policies

 

POLICIES - We ship all items out using USPS Priority Mail. We take great care in packing your items and they are always shipped out within 1 - 2 days. Currently, we only ship out within the US and where priority mail is accepted. We are sorry but we do not accept returns on our merchandise. If you receive an item that is damaged, please supply us with a photo of the damaged item so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or misdelivered. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed because your order fulfillment has already begun.

 

Shipping charges are based on current USPS rates. We only charge you what the post office charges us.   

 

LEGAL - Aroma Scents LLC makes no medical claims regarding our products. Please look at the ingredients carefully before ordering. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure disease. Please consult with your physician if you have a question regarding the use of our products. Please follow the warnings under all candles and be responsible when burning candles. Never leave candles unattended or burn candles longer than four hours straight.  Our policies may change from time to time. Please kindly read our policies at the time of ordering. Contents on this website have not been approved by the Food & Drug Administration.
